Victor Vasarely

Victor Vasarely (French 1906-1997) was a Hungarian-French artist who is widely accepted as a leader of the op art movement.  In 1929, He studied in Budapest at the Muhely academy, which was regarded as the center of Bauhaus studies in Hungary. He settled in Paris where his exhibitions earned critical success.
